Refund policy
If you have an issue with the item(s) you received please contact us as soon as possible or within 14 days.
We are a small business therefore we do not casually offer refunds, please read the following and contact us if you need more information.
We accept returns if the item is clothing, not as described or if the item was damaged in anyway during shipping.
We are happy to assist in anyway before your purchase with additional photos or provide a video of the item to ensure it is something you definitely want.
All jewelry has measurements and weight please read all the information and contact us if you need more.
If this is a gift please let us know and we will be happy to offer store credit to the receiver if they do not like the gift.
We will only accept items in it's original condition, unused.
The cost of shipping will fall on the customer, unless the item(s) was not as described or damaged during shipping in such cases Soul Stone Vibrations will pay for the return shipping.
Services are non refundable, however we understand that circumstances change therefore we are happy to change appointment times and if necessary dates.
In case of discrepancy the store owner has final decision.
